PRICING
Ignite Your Potential - Elevated
3-Month Coaching with add-ons: $1947 ($649/month)
This package includes opportunities to enhance your coaching sessions with either breath work, hot/cold therapy, and/or outdoor movement.
- 12 sessions – 90 min each – 1x per week
- Each coaching session includes (pick 1 per session)
1. Hot/Cold Therapy – cold plunge and sauna (Membership with Optimize required. Prices vary)
2. Breathwork class with sound healing and stretching/yoga
3. Hiking or nature trails
Ignite Your Potential
3-Month Coaching Package: $1347 ($449/month)
90 min coaching session using alternating hot and cold therapy. Take the plunge into a 42 degree cold water tub for 2 minutes, followed by warming up and detoxing in an infrared sauna.
Also included: red light therapy and compression. These therapies combined with your coaching session will leave you feeling invigorated and empowered.
Coaching in the cold
$95

Hiking with a Health Coach

2 hour coaching session hiking along a nature trail or conquering your favorite mountain peak! Let’s talk and walk to find clarity.

6-Month Coaching Package: $2400 ($400/month)
24 sessions – 65 min each – 1x per week
- Includes email and text communication in between appointments
- 3 – 45 min breath work and sound healing classes
Empowerment Elevated
6-Month Coaching package with add-ons: $3600 ($600/month)
24 sessions – 90 min each – 1x per week
Each coaching session includes (pick 1 per session)

Radical Restart
3-Month Program: $9995 ($3,331/month)
- 36 – Hiking/workout session with coaching
- 1 – 3 hour hike per week
- 2 – 1.5 hour week workouts per week
- 1 – Optimize membership
- Includes hot/cold therapy
- Red light therapy
Compression & Bio Charger session
- 2 Sessions per week at Optimyze with coaching
- 1.5 hours per session
- 3 Monthly body scans to track progress
- 6 Breathwork & Sound Healing classes
2 x month 1.5 hours per session - Nutritional Guidance

organization and cleaning
- Garage Organization: $85/hr
- In home organizing: $75/hr
- Donation haul away: $25
- Room cleaning after organization: $35
Booked in 4 hour time blocks. $100 deposit required for organizational session to be booked
24 hour cancellation required
Additional services $995
3 visits with a Naturopathic Doctor – 1 per month
6 acupuncture visits – 2 per month
Terms
- Sessions to be started within 2 weeks of purchase.
- First month’s payment due upon scheduling.
- Coaching sessions that are not used are fully refundable with one week’s notice of intent to end program participation.
- 24-hour notice required for all canceled appointments. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session will be charged in full.
- Timeframe of work: 3-month coaching program to be completed within 4 months. 6-month coaching program to be completed within 7 months.
$125 per 65 min
for individual coaching sessions.
$195 per 90 min
for couples coaching sessions.
